The Client Services Assistant performs various administrative duties for the client services department including routing reception overflow, notifying clients of upcoming payroll deadlines, assisting clients directly on basic needs associated with their accounts and managing a well-balanced routine in order to complete daily tasks.



  • Provides back up support for Packout Department and Front Desk when needed.
  • Provides lunch coverage for front desk to include assisting visitors, answering phones and accepting deliveries.
  • Manages and distributes voicemails and faxes in a timely manner.
  • Contacts clients daily with payroll processing reminders for the next day.
  • Assists clients with employee and client user lockouts within the iSolved software.
  • Assists daily with entering garnishments for clients.
  • Notifies the clients of ACH returns and corrections daily.
  • Inputs Rapid pay cards for clients as needed.
  • Manages preliminary termination process for clients as needed.
  • Routes calls to time and attendance customer service as needed.
  • Performs additional duties as required, including special projects and garnishment audits.


  • Exceptional organizational skills, multi-tasking abilities along with attention-to-detail and a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Highly effective communicator, both written and verbally, with the ability to clearly and concisely articulate ideas.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships at all levels internally and externally.
  • Strong focus coupled with flexibility and a strong sense of urgency.
  • Unquestionable level of integrity when handeling confidential information.
  • Must provide excellent customer service.
  • Proficient with Microsoft products.
  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
  • A positive attitude is essential.
  • Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Six (6) months to one (1) year of relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
